Welcome to USC Life Coach On-Line

I have done traditional therapy including crisis intervention, individual short-term and long-term therapy, and group therapy for adolescents and adults. While attending the University of Southern California, I completed the requirements for working with drug and alcohol abuse, and eating disorders.

To this day almost all traditional universities have no program for on-line therapy or life coaching. As more and more people use the Internet, I believe that there is tremendous growth potential in on-line therapy and life coaching. 

I have come to realize that it is not always convenient for clients to travel and meet in an office. Some individuals may have disabilities that affect their ability to move from one location to another. Also, some individuals feel more at home using their computers to communicate with a professional.

I am now able to offer access via webcam, if preferred, for those who desire a face-to-face consultation. I can accommodate VoIP technology, such as Skype, with or without the webcam, as well as over the telephone.
